FAQ

The basics

What do I need to play?+

A phone, tablet or computer with a recent browser. Open 6eclubgame.games and the board deals at once. There is no download and no sign-up.

Is the club really free?+

Yes. There are no purchases anywhere on the site, not even optional ones. Every feature is available to every player from the first run.

Who can play?+

The club is for players aged 18 and over. There are no regional limits; the site is written in English for players in India and everywhere else.

FAQ

Playing Hex Stack

How long does one run take?+

Usually five to fifteen minutes. A careful player who keeps the centre open can go much longer, and you can pause at any moment because the run is saved.

Why is one of my tray pieces faded?+

A faded piece has no empty spot on the board where it fits. Clear a row with another piece to make room, or use the re-deal for three new pieces.

What does the six-edge meter do?+

Each row you clear lights one edge. When all six are lit you get the 600-point Crown and the meter starts again. Crowns are also counted on your player card.

Is the order of pieces random?+

Pieces are drawn at random from a fixed set of shapes, with smaller shapes a little more common than large ones. The chances are the same for every player and every run.

FAQ

Stars, cards and saving

How do I earn Club Stars?+

When a run ends, every ten points become one Club Star on your player card. Starting a new run in the middle of one also banks the stars from the run you leave.

Can I exchange Club Stars for anything?+

No. Club Stars are a score that measures your progress through the five levels. They cannot be bought, sold, gifted or exchanged.

How do I move my progress to another phone?+

Open the login page, copy your player code, then paste it into the restore box on the login page of the new phone.

What happens if I clear my browser data?+

Your card and saved run are deleted with it. Copy your player code beforehand and you can restore the card in seconds.

FAQ

Devices and the app

Can I play offline?+

Yes, after one online visit. The puzzle runs entirely in your browser and the site keeps a copy of itself for offline use.

Is there an app in the Play Store or App Store?+

No. Add the site to your home screen instead; it then opens full screen like an app. The app page shows the steps for Android and iPhone.

Can I turn the sound off?+

Yes. Tap the speaker button at the top right of the game. The setting is remembered on this device.

Still stuck?

The rulebook covers every rule in detail, and the tips page covers strategy. For anything else, use the contact page, or go back to the 6eclubgame.games home page and play a run.

Ready for a run?

The board is on the start page and deals the moment you open it.
